Food - excellent. Housekeeping service - prompt super friendly and accommodating. Everything was spot on in all aspects. The room was identical to what was advertised. Staff courteous and professional at all times. A very convenient location. The toiletries were of a high standard. The business centre was a perfect working location for me as well as the large desk in the room. The room service was faultless. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next trip when I will be staying there. The book swap adjacent to reception was a wonderful touch. The hotel has managed to create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

the room was large and spacious and exceptionally clean. I really liked the complimentary mineral water and the large bathroom that included a bath. The bed was very comfortable. The location was fabulous with views of the river. I booked very late at night for arrival that evening and the facility was very helpful and understanding with my late arrival. The staff where helpful and organized for my mobile phone charger to be available for me after leaving it at the hotel by mistake following check out.

The rooms were spacious enough for our family of five. Staff were exceptional for service. When we needed extra pillows, blankets or towels they were always quick to respond to our requests. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Pool was great, kids loved it and the view from the pool was lovely. Awesome location and close to most things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Thank you Crowne Plaza, we were sad to leave 😊

Room is spacious enough for 2 adulst and 2 children. parking was easy (either hotel/street parking) location was right acrross from Swan river and has a good view for sunset and good route for morning/afternoon jog down to Elizabeth Quay. The free launcy facility on the 1st flr was very much appreciated. Didnt get to try the pool since it was under maintenance on the Monday that we were there.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and has nice views towards the river with a big green space in front for walking or jogging. The restaurant was very good. I invited family to join me for dinner one evening and everyone was delighted with the food; both the fish and steaks were excellent. The staff very pleasant and helpful.
